Can you help me identify this book?
I started reading this book when I was probably like 8, but it was due back to the library before I could finish it. Thirteen years later I want to finish it. But I can’t remember the name. I need your help. The one who leads me to the correct book will earn Best Answer.
Description (it’ll be vague, as I’m going on 13 years of memory, sorry.):
The book centered on a girl who found a gold scorpion statue. It somehow managed to bring a bunch of scorpions to life and they filled her house. One bit her little brother and it made him really sick. I remember something involving a boy with black eyes who was evil and resurrected (or something like that.)
