Is SquareTrade a good warranty company?

I just bought a NIB Motorola Rival cell phone from eBay and I was prompted to buy a SquareTrade extended warranty. I’ve tried doing as much google research as I could on the company, but I haven’t seen a lot of people with first-hand experience. Has anyone actually bought a SquareTrade warranty, made a claim, and had any problems with the company fulfilling their end of things?

You can check out their reviews on a site like resellerratings.com. They’ve got mostly good reviews (and a few bad ones) from customers who have first-hand experience filing a claim. If you read through them, there are plenty who have claimed on cell phones too.
