Metal Detecting Questions:
Will all massecres like virgina tech shootings be prevented if like they take the following measures…?
Of requiring metal detectors and scan machines for NOT just main college campus, but for one that is for all other buildings and 1 connecting to ALL dorm rooms also? Another good idea might be to start college backround checks for all entreing college and maybe even an student id and chip locator for each? I know that this might sound like a lot and totally exhadgerated, but I feel that this is what should be and needs to be done. Besides advocaten gun control, these mesures really should be implemeted!!!!! I graduated HS and will be attending college soon, so I know I am good at these things, with fresh new ideas to inspire the world with. And, I am NOT stupid, these seem to be practical safety measures.
While these are all great messures, most can be avoided if people respected each other and stopped picking on others.
Unfortunately for the student at Virginia Tech who cause this, there were also a lot of people who contributed to it by making fun of his English and not respecting him as a peer.
This pattern can be seen as well in the Columbine incident, which unfortunately, marks the anniversary tomorrow.
They were also picked on and made fun of.
Now, we can go way back and see that the people that picked on them were probably not taught manners from their parents.
In other words, when parents start being responsible and start teaching respect, the world can be a better place.
Too many people do not make time for their children because they are too busy making too much money to give their spoiled children, and that was the point the student had tried to make.
Tune into “My Super Sweet 16″ on MTV and you can see what happens when children aren’t disciplined. It ruins the world and affects others.
